The Television Front
Unfortunate news for anyone looking for bits about comedy pilots in development at the moment. The upfronts are in five days and I just can't muster the energy to do it. Plus as much as I like funny things, I'm by and large not a fan of comedy television on account of most of it isn't — what's the word — funny.
Anyway, I won't make you walk away empty-handed, so here are a few links that will take you directly to the futon critic's own pilot development guides.
NBC | ABC | CBS | FOX
And as if that weren't enough for you, how about another look at the dates and times and locales for next week's super-cool upfront presentations.
- NBC on Monday, May 14 @ 3 PM (Radio City Music Hall)
- ABC on Tuesday, May 15 @ 4 PM (Lincoln Center)
- CBS on Wednesday, May 16 @ 2 PM (Carnegie Hall)
- FOX on Thursday, May 17 @ 4 PM (New York City Center)
And because I like you, I'll even throw in the always irritating CW. They go Thursday morning at 10:30 inside Madison Square Garden. I can't imagine being interested in any of their shows, but I suppose almost anything is possible.
Anyway, come back next week to see which shows made the cut and which didn't.
